  • 2 champignon mushrooms
  • a small leek
  • half of a red pepper
  • 100 grams salty cheese
  • teaspoon butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • egg
  • flour
  • bread crumbs
  • sesame seeds

Directions for Chicken rolls with mushrooms, cheese and leek

Step 1: Finely slice the chicken breast and then flatten them with the meat hammer. Sprinkle salt and pepper over them. Melt butter in a pan, add sliced mushrooms, then finely sliced leek and the red pepper cut into small cubes. Mix for 2-3 minutes until they get a bit soft. Remove pan from the stove and let it cool off, then add grated cheese.

Step 2: Place two tablespoons  of the mushroom filling on the chicken slices, spread it on the whole surface and then gently roll. You can use a toothpick to make sure the roll won’t open. Put oil in a deep pan, then place it on fire and let it heat up. Pass the rolls through mixed egg, then flour, then bread crumbs mixed with sesame and fry them on both sides. Remove them from the pan and place them on paper towels. Serve warm with a side dish or salad. Enjoy!
