A very light starters that can be served both warm or cold.


  • ½ boneless chicken breast
  • egg carrot
  • fresh dill and parsley
  • pepper
  • salt

Directions for Chicken rolls with carrots and eggs

Step 1 : Put a long and thin carrot to boil for 10 minutes. Separately boil a hard egg. Cut a half of chicken breast into two and flatten it using a beetle. Add salt and pepper, then place the boiled carrot in the middle and the boiled egg without the shell and cut into four. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley and dill. Roll the meat and cover it in tinfoil. Close it well at its ends and tie it with kitchen rope if necessary, then place it in a pot with boiling water.

Step 2: Let it boil for about 10-15 minutes at medium heat. Be careful that the roll is all the time covered by water. The remove the roll, take the meat out of the tinfoil, let it cool off and den slice it into pieces of about one centimeter. You can serve it warm or cold. From half a chicken breast you will have about 8 rolls. Enjoy!
