A light and delicious starter: chicken medallion with cheese and paprika.


  • chicken breast
  • 50 grams cheese
  • red paprika
  • green bell
  • paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Directions for Chicken medallion

Step 1: Slice the chicken breast into two, without opening it to the margins, but rather making a pocket in the meat. Cover in kitchen foil and flatten it. Place the file on a cooking paper, fold the paper and with a kitchen roller flatten the meat again.

Step 2: Add salt, pepper and paprika. Fill the meat with a mixture of grated cheese and finely chopped green and red bells. Roll it, place it on baking paper and bind it tight, making sure that it’s safely closed at the ends.

Step 3: We put it in a pot with simmering water and let it boil on small heat, for about 30 minutes. Take it out, let it cool down, then slice it. Enjoy!
