one chicken

2 tablespoons fat sour cream

300 grams finely sliced bacon

cherry tomatoes

2 tablespoons of oil

dry rosemary

½ teaspoon sweet paprika

Directions for Chicken in bacon coat

Gaby offers very clear instructions on how to make this delicious recipe:

Wash chicken very well. Cut skin on the breast meat and a bit on the drumsticks. Cover the chicken in a layer of sour cream. Add salt, pepper and put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Finely slice bacon and cover the chicken breast in it. Fix it with a few toothpicks if necessary. Cover the drumsticks as well.

Place enough baking paper in a tray for covering the entire chicken in it. Add washed prunes (remove their seeds too) and the cherry tomatoes. Mix oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and paprika. Sprinkle the chicken, prunes and tomatoes with it. Close the paper on the chicken in order to cover it up and place the tray in the pre-heated oven, at 185-190 degrees for an hour. Then open the paper and bake for one more hour. The chicken must be well done and have a nice crust. Enjoy!
