  • 7-8 deboned chicken drumsticks,
  • 3 tablespoons oil,
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce,
  • salt,
  • pepper,
  • 200 grams mushrooms,
  • onion,
  • 2 tablespoons butter (one for frying onion, the other for drumsticks),
  • 2 pieces spreadable wedges of cheese,
  • egg,
  • 200 grams sour cream,
  • 50 grams hard cheese,
  • teaspoon garlic powder

Gaby offers very clear instructions on how to make this delicious recipe:

Step 1: Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pan. Peel onion and finely slice it, then fry it in butter for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped mushrooms and fry for 3 more minutes. Add salt, pepper, cheese wedges, mix and turn of the heat. Gently mix add and add it in the pan. After this mixture cools off a bit, fill the drumsticks with the mixture.

Step 2: Sprinkle oil mixed with soy sauce over it, add the rest of the butter in the pot and place it in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. In a bowl, mix sour cream with garlic powder, a bit of salt and hard cheese cut into cubes. Remove pot from the oven, pour sauce over the meat and place it back in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm. Enjoy!
