  • 50 grams of hard cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • bread crumbles
  • white flour
  • oil

Directions for Chicken croquettes with hard cheese

Step 1: Finely chop the onion. Soak the bread into cold milk, keep it for a few minutes and then press them and remove the liquid. Peel and mash the garlic in a garlic press. Mix meat with onion in a bowl, add garlic, bread, one egg, chopped parsley. Mix well, add salt and pepper. Cut the hard cheese in long stripes. Place white flour on a plate and bread crumbs on another plate. Mix egg with a bit of salt. Heat up oil in a pan.

Step 2: Soak your hands into water and model a few round meatballs. Press the balls into your palms, add a strip of hard cheese, close back the meatball. Then pass each formed croquette through flour, then through mixed egg, then through bread crumbs. Fry them in hot oil on both sides. Then place them over a kitchen towel to absorb the excess oil. Serve warm. Enjoy!
