  • 1 chicken breast
  • 3 medium onions largest
  • 1 can diced tomatoes in juice
  • 1 green pepper
  • half skull garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • little oregano
  • parsley

Directions for Chicken breast with onions and tomatoes

Step 1: Finely chopp onions and put them in a saucepan with a little olive oil and gently fry them. Add the diced pepper and cut the chicken into strips or cubes. Stir continuously until the meat turns white, then put the tomatoes. Add some water, enough to cover the meat and let it boil on low heat.

Step 2: Sprinkle a little oregano, salt and pepper. Let it boil until reduced juice and reaches the consistency that we like. Garlic pisam it, it mixed with chopped parsley and add it to food at the end. Homogenize, let it simmer a little longer, then remove from fire. Serve warm. Enjoy!
