A cake with a fruity taste and a very smooth delicate filling.



  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 40 grams flour
  • 100 grams crushed nuts
  • tsp cooking powder


  • 2 gelatins
  • 475 grams canned apricots
  • 500 grams cream cheese
  • 40 ml milk
  • 100 grams white chocolate
  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar

For decoration:

  • 10 apricots from the can
  • tbsp crushed nuts
  • grated white chocolate

Directions for Cheesecake with apricots and white chocolate

Step 1: Heat up the oven. Mix the eggs with sugar and then add the flour previously mixed with the cooking powder and nuts. Pour the batter in a cake form with removable walls, of 24 cm diameter, that was anointed with oil and sprinkled with white flour. Cook it at small heat for 20 minutes. Afterwards, let the batter cool down and slice it into two.

Step 2: Put the gelatin in a little compot juice from the apricots. Use the vertical mixer to turn the apricots and the cheese into a smooth cheese, then add the milk. Melt the chocolate and mix it with gelatin using the same mixer. Add chocolate over the cheese with the apricots and mix it well.

Mix the whipped cream with the sugar, then add it over the cream, until it is homogeneous.

Step 3: Place the lower part of the cake on a plate, and around it the circle from the cake form. Pour 2/3 of the cream, then place the other slice of cake and the rest of the cream. Keep 2 spoons of cream for decoration. Decorate the cake and keep it in the fridge for 3 hours. Then take it out, remove the circle and slice it. Enjoy!
