A light and delicious recipe that it's as easy to make as to eat.


  •       one  bunch of broccoli 
  •       2 carrots 
  •      100 ml cream 
  •      150 grams cottage cheese 
  •       3 eggs 
  •       50 grams parmesan 
  •       Salt 
  •       Pepper 
  •       3 tablespoons olive oil 
  •       garlic

Directions for Broccoli soufflé with carrots

Cut the broccoli and carrots and cook them over steam. While they cool off, mix in a bowl the cream with cheese, eggs and a bit of grated parmesan. Put the vegetables into small pots, add over them the cream mixture, sprinkle a bit of olive oil and some more parmesan. Cover the pots and put them in the preheated oven (at 180 C degrees). After 30 minutes take off the covers from the pots and let them get a nice, golden crust. Enjoy!
