Then you put then in a pot and cover with a lid so that they cool off slowly and and "sweat"- meaning that it will be very easy to peel them by hand later. After you peel them, remove the core with the seeds, you place them in a pot and colect the juice that they left - it's tasty and you can use it for cooking.

Step 2: Chop the onion into small pieces. Put it aside. Then chop the red peppers. Place lace a pan on fire, add some oil and when it heats up you add the onion and when it starts becoming transparent, add a tablespoon of flour and mix. Then add the peppers and their juice, salt and pepper. In the meantime, make an x on the top of a tomato and put it in a bowl with hot water for a minute of two. Then remove it and after it cools down a bit, you can peel it's skin very easy. Then chop the tomato and add it to the red peppers. Let it simmer for a bit, then add crushed garlic, sour cream, finely chopped parseley, more salt and pepper if necessary. Mix for about a minute, then remove it from heat. Cover the pan with a lid and let the ingredients really mix their aromas. Serve with poatatoes and fresh parseley. Enjoy!
