A simple, easy to make recipe that can be a light meal or as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes
  • one garlic clove
  • salt
  • oil
  • a cup of water
  • parmesan
  • dill

Directions for Baked potatoes with garlic and parmezan

Wash potatoes, but don’t peel them. Cut them into fine slices and place them in a tray. Sprinkle salt, olive oil, pour a cup of water over them and add a few small garlic cloves, unpeeled. Place the tray in the preheated oven and when they are baked on one side, turn them on the other one. Place them on a plate, sprinkle finely chopped dill and grated parmesan over them. Also sprinkle a bit of balsamic vinegar cream. Enjoy!
