Recipes - Baggles


  •    450 ml water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • teaspoon salt
  • 760 grams flour
  • two teaspoons and a half yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams cheese
  • olives
  • dry tomatoes
  • poppy seeds
  • hot dogs 


Directions for Baggles

 Step 1: Make the batter from water, salt, oil, flour and yeast. Then cover it and let it increase its volume. In the meantime prepare the filling: mix one egg plus cheese, cut the olives into slices, cut the tomatoes. 

Step 2: Stretch the batter on the working table, add the fillings, roll each hot dog and place them in the tray. Then smear the baguettes with egg, sprinkle poppy and place them in the oven. Enjoy!
