With the right choice of ingredients, a light and simple salad can be quite filling. With turkey or chicken slices and a creamy dressing you can have a salad that can be served at a dinner with friends.


  • 400 grams fresh spinach
  • 200 grams champignon mushrooms
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 200 grams yogurt
  • one garlic clove
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper

 Step 1: Wash the spinach and let it dry. In the meantime cut the chicken breast into thinner slices and put it to marinate in the fridge, for 2 hours, i a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Of course you can also keep it for a few minutes or half an hour, but if you leave it longer in the fridge, it will be tastier and more tender.

Step 2: Fry the chicken slices on both sides in a non-stick pan without adding oil or ver little of it. The put it aside to cool of. After it gets colder, cut it into smaller strips. Put yogurt, minced garlic, salt, pepper, a bit of olive oil and lemon juice in a tall recipient and use a blender to mix the ingredients. Keep the resulting dressing in the fridge until you serve salad.

Step 3: Cut mushrooms into thin slices, salt them and fry them on both sides without adding oil.

Step 3: Put the spinach, sliced tomatoes, fried mushrooms and fried chicken strips in a large bowl. Mix gently. Serve salad with yogurt dressing and freshly grinded pepper. Enjoy!
