A sophisticated recipe that is actually quite easy to do.

Ingredients

  • 16 pieces asparagus
  • 4 slices Serrano ham
  • tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • tsp honey
  • 3 tbsp nut oil
  • chopped chives

Directions for Asparagus with Serrano ham and mustard sauce

Step 1: Clean the asparagus and peel it. Boil them into water with salt for 12-15 minutes. Remove them.

Step 2: Mix the lemon juice with mustard, honey, salt and pepper. The incorporate the oil. Put the asparagus in this sauce before serving. Add it on plates and place ham on top of them, then sprinkle some more sauce. Enjoy!
