White fish file, sea fruit, chili and lemon grass are the ingredients that make this recipe unique.


  • 2 sticks of lemon grass
  • 250 grams sea fruit
  • lime
  • 150 grams fish
  • few mushrooms
  • chili flakes
  • tomato paste
  • curry
  • fish sauce
  • 1l vegetable soup (boiled carrot, celery, parsley root, tomato)

Directions for Aromatic sea fruit soup with mushrooms

Step 1: Put fish file cut into stripes in vegetable soup, add 2 tablespoons of curry and a tablespoon of fish sauce. 

Step 2: Cut lemon grass sticks, grind some chili flakes, add them to soup, then tomato paste (a few teaspoons), sea fruit, sliced mushrooms. Boil for 10 minutes. In the end add lime juice and to each bowl green onion and parsley. Enjoy!
